On April 9, 2025, all staff members of 345 Plastic Surgery went on a spring workshop. Based on the solidarity built through trekking the Namsan Dulle-gil and various team-building activities, we promise to provide our patients with even more professional, meticulous care and high satisfaction.

Hello, this is 345 Plastic Surgery. On Wednesday, April 9th, filled with the bright and vibrant energy of spring, all the staff at 345 Plastic Surgery came together for our 2025 Spring Workshop.
This workshop was organized to take a brief step back from our busy clinic schedules, strengthen the bond between our medical team and staff, and recharge our energy so we can provide even better medical services to our patients.
A Time to Walk and Communicate Together: Namsan Dulle-gil Trekking
The workshop kicked off with an energetic trek along the Namsan Dulle-gil. Wearing matching sneakers specially prepared for the staff by our head doctors, we walked together along paths blooming with cherry blossoms and forsythias.
We added the 345 logo to the sneakers to foster a sense of belonging. It was a meaningful gift containing the warm encouragement of our head doctors to 'leap higher in new shoes.' It was a precious time to enjoy nature in the heart of the city and connect with one another.
Fun Events and a Prize Raffle to Boost Teamwork
Throughout the trekking course, small but fun events continued, such as the 'Cham Cham Cham game' with Dr. Han Kyu-nam. Bonus prizes were awarded to the winning staff members, making the atmosphere incredibly lively and exciting.
During lunchtime, the highly anticipated lucky draw took place. Practical and luxurious prizes were prepared, including a Dyson vacuum cleaner, hotel dining vouchers, an Apple Watch, AirPods, a Dior scarf, and a Bottega Veneta cardholder, resulting in very high satisfaction among the staff.

Having concluded a joyful workshop, all executives and staff members at 345 Plastic Surgery intend to return the positive energy we gained to our patients. At 345, we are equipped with a systematic approach in the fields of facial contouring, lifting, breast surgery, and eye and nose surgeries.
In particular, through our recently opened Dermatology Clinic, we provide professional solutions encompassing smooth post-operative skin recovery, as well as laser lifting, petit procedures, and skin boosters. All of our medical staff, including Dr. Park Jong-lim and Dr. Han Kyu-nam, will continuously research to deliver excellent results through diagnoses optimized for each individual patient and meticulous procedures.
